Adani One supports several payment methods to make the process easy and convenient for you. These payment modes are listed below:

You can choose to pay on Adani One app/web with cards of any of the network providers like Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Diners, and RuPay.
Yes, we ensure secure payments on Adani One with our SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) Certification. The SSL forms an encrypted link between the browser and a web server, thus making sure that the data passed remains private.
The CVV is a security feature that reduces the risk of Internet fraud. This number is mentioned exclusively on your physical card with no mention on any sales receipts or billing statements. During the transaction, you are asked to enter the CVV code to make sure that the card is in your possession.
In the case of Visa/MasterCard/Maestro/Diners/Rupay, it is a three-digit number at the back of your card and in the case of American Express, it is a four-digit number on the front, just above your card number.
Your Duty-free purchases will be charged under Mumbai Travel Retail Pvt Ltd., and other transactions made on the app or website will be charged under Adani Digital Labs.
Presently, we don’t offer an EMI option. However, we plan to introduce that soon.
Net Banking is a secure and reliable online payment mode that enables hassle-free payment for your online purchases on Adani One app/web in real-time, directly from your bank account.
You can use ‘Net Banking’ as a payment option If you have a bank account through which you can make online transactions.
The amount will get debited immediately from the account after completing the transaction.
Don’t worry. In case you have forgotten your password, your bank’s helpdesk will assist you to retrieve your net banking password. Just connect with your bank and they will get you going.

It’s easy. You need net banking service activated on your bank account and follow these steps: 

  • Once you have made your selection, click on ‘Net Banking’ while selecting the payment option.
  • Now select your bank and click on ‘Pay Now’.
  • You will be redirected to your bank page. Enter your Net Banking login ID and password to log in to your account.
  • Verify the details and amount to be paid.
  • Select the account to be debited and click on ‘Continue’.
  • If the payment is successful, you will see the payment reference number.
  • Select ‘OK’ and your booking/order is confirmed.
There is nothing to worry about. The session usually expires for security reasons when you take too long to make the payment. You can go back to your cart and try making the payment again.

For successful booking, your payment transaction should be verified successfully by your bank's direct debit gateway. The verification failure could be due to several reasons. Fret not! You don’t have to worry, the refund amount will be credited to your account within 10 working days.
In case your payment fails, please retry making the payment. Ensure that the information entered is accurate, including all account details, billing addresses and passwords. If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will be credited back within 10 days, after we receive a confirmation from the bank.
Adani One doesn’t charge you extra for making online payments on the platform.
Yes. You can use an international card for making a payment at Adani One app/web.
The currency conversion rate on international transactions would be charged by your bank.
You don’t have to worry. Once your booking or order has been cancelled, the refund amount will be credited to your payment source within 10 – 15 business days.
Unified Payments System (UPI) is an instant payment system built over IMPS infrastructure. It allows money transfers between bank accounts. It is developed by the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), an RBI-regulated entity.

It is the easiest way to make payments between the parties. Just follow the below-mentioned steps-

  • Select UPI as a payment option
  • Enter your Virtual Payment Address & click on ‘Pay’
  • You will receive a notification from your UPI app to make a payment
  • Open your UPI app, click on the request received from Adani One
  • Enter your M-PIN and your payment is made
UPI PIN (Personal Identification Number) is a 4 - 6 digit passcode that you set when you register on the UPI app for the first time. This PIN is required to authorise all bank transactions.
The transaction fails if you enter the wrong UPI PIN. If you enter the incorrect PIN repeatedly, it may lead to the bank temporarily blocking your ID for transactions.
Your money will be refunded in case of transaction failure. In case you don’t receive any refund within an hour.
The payer has to approve a collect request within 5 minutes.
UPI transaction limits are defined by the UPI provider app/bank.
You can check your UPI transaction details in your UPI app or bank statement.
Unfortunately, once the order is placed, GST details can’t be modified or added.
Tax invoice is not applicable on duty free. For other services, you can download the invoice once the service is complete. Your tax invoice will be available in the ‘Orders & Bookings’ section of your Adani One account.

Follow the below-mentioned steps to make a payment using wallets:

  • Select ‘Wallets’ as the payment option
  • Select the wallet with which you wish to make the payment and click on ‘Pay Now’
  • You will be redirected to the selected wallet’s login page
  • Login with your wallet details and make the payment

GST / Invoice

GST is a single tax on the supply of products and services that is levied on every value addition(through services/production) and is added to the sale price. GST subsumes all other taxes like Excise duty, VAT, Entry tax etc. Applicable on/after 1 July 2017, GST has to be borne/paid by the ultimate consumer of the product or service.
Yes. The applicable GST amount will also be refunded to the payment source selected at the time of return initiation.
