Is the Skycap- Paid Porter Service applicable for walk-in guests?
Yes, we offer porter service to walk-in guests, however it is subject to availability.
Is the porter service booking transferrable?
No, the booking for porter service is non-transferable.
How do I cancel/reschedule the booked porter service and are there any cancellation charges applicable?
No, there is no provision to cancel or reschedule the service.
Do you provide a wheelchair / baby stroller?
No, we do not provide wheelchair or baby stroller.
Can I book Wheelchair for Skycap service along with porter?
No, we don’t have the wheelchair service for the Departure/ Arrival guests.
Does Skycap Service fastrack the airline/airport processes?
No, the skycap service is only to assist guests and all processes are to be completed as per defined processes and applicable laws.
If I have a connecting flight from different terminal, will the porter help me to switch the terminal and assist at the second terminal as well?
Skycap services are only available and applicable for service booked form the designated terminal. However, our porter shall guide and assist you till Multi-level car parking (MLCP), taxi booking desks or the receiving party.
