Adani Rewards is Adani One’s Loyalty Program which is open to all who transact on the online platform. The idea is to appreciate and celebrate loyal users by giving them Reward Points that can be redeemed while transacting with us.

You can earn Adani Reward Points on Flight booking, Duty Free, Cab booking and Pranaam Meet and Greet Service.
Note: Adani Rewards members will not be eligible to earn Adani Reward Points on the amount paid for Travel Insurance and Zero Cancellation Insurance on Flight booking (Domestic/International).

No, Adani Reward Points cannot be earned/redeemed on the amount paid for Travel Insurance and Zero Cancellation Insurance on Domestic/International Flight booking.
You can redeem Adani Reward Points on Flight bookings, Duty Free, Cab bookings and Pranaam Meet and Greet Service on Adani One.
There is no membership cost attached to Adani Rewards Program.
There is no limit on the maximum number of Reward Points earned on any transaction.​
You can redeem 100% of your earned Reward Points on all transactions. However, certain limitations on redemption might be attached to specific campaigns that will be communicated with their T&Cs.
Yes! You can earn up to 1% Reward Points on various Adani One services.

Various services on Adani One offer different base percentages of Reward Points that can be earned, as mentioned below: :

Domestic Flight-1%

International Flight-1%

Duty Free: 1%

Cab Booking: 1%

Porter- 1%

Pranaam Meet and Greet Service: 1%

However, the actual percentage of Reward Points earned may vary based on specific campaigns that will be communicated with their T&Cs.

Adani Reward Points expire in 2 years from the date when the Reward Points are credited to you.
No, you cannot change your registered mobile number for Adani Rewards Program.
Reward Points are credited only after you have successfully availed of the respective service. However, the actual credit of Reward Points may take up to 45 working days, as mentioned in the T&Cs.
Yes, you can club your Reward Points with any other promotions, offers, and discounts.

You can check the details of your Adani Reward Points by following a few simple steps:

For Application Users:; 
  • Log in to your account
  • Click on ‘More’ at the bottom of the screen​ and select ‘Adani Rewards’ to check the details of the Reward Points.
For Website Users:
  • Log in to your account
  • Click on ‘My account .’
  • Select ‘Adani Rewards’ to check the details of the Reward Points.
Members can terminate their accounts by contacting our help centre on Adani One. The Reward Points already earned or to be earned will stand cancelled and will not be refunded to the members post-termination/cancellation of their account. Therefore, please redeem your Reward Points before you cancel your Adani Rewards Membership.
The account, once cancelled/terminated, cannot be re-activated.
