HSBC Bank Credit Card Offer on Duty Free

Terms and Conditions

1. This offer is applicable only on HSBC Bank Credit Card.
2. The offer applicable on all Duty-free outlets listed on Adani One.
3. The offer is applicable once per card per promo per month.
4. HSBC credit card holders are eligible for 15% Instant discount, up to ₹3,000/- (Rupees Three thousand only), on minimum booking value of ₹7,500/- (Rupees Seven Thousand five hundred only) using coupon code during the offer period to pre-book on the Adani One only.
5. The offer is applicable starting 1st July 2024 from 00:01 hrs till 31st Dec 2024, ending 11:59 hrs.
6. The offer is not applicable on EMI transactions.
7. The offer is for the consumption of individual retail consumers only.
8. This offer can neither be combined with any other offer nor can it be transferred or assigned to any other customer or third party. This offer cannot be exchanged for cash, is non-renewable, non-transferrable, non-negotiable and non-extendable.
9. The offer cannot be combined with any other offers.
10. The offer is non-negotiable, non-transferrable and non-cashable.
11. Bank Account linked to the card is required to be active and non-delinquent.
12. Incomplete / rejected / invalid / returned /disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions will not be considered for the offer.
13. In case of partial/full cancellation, the offer stands void and the customer will not be eligible for the discount.
14. If the customer cancels the purchase after the discount amount is availed, Adani One/ ADL will deduct the discount amount from the refund, and cancellation charges shall apply.
15. HSBC Bank and Adani One/ ADL will not be responsible or liable in case the offer is not configured or could not be availed due to malfunction, delay, traffic congestion on any telephone network or line, computer on-line system, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, or website.
16. Adani One and the HSBC Bank reserve the right to add/alter/change/ or vary at any time, without notice, any or all of these terms and conditions or to replace, entirely or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether. They also reserve the right to discontinue the offer without assigning any reason and / or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
17. The participation in the offer is entirely voluntary and it is understood that the participation by the Cardholders shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.
18. In case of all matters relating to the offer, including any dispute or discrepancy relating to the offer or eligibility of any Cardholder, HSBC Bank’s decision shall be final and binding on Cardholders in all respects and any correspondence in this regard will not be entertained.
19. HSBC Bank and Adani One does not endorse any of the products or brands being offered under the offer. It only offers discount on the purchase of goods and services from the Adani One using HSBC Bank Credit Card and makes no representation about the quality, delivery, usefulness, worthiness, after sales service or otherwise of the goods/services offered by the Adani One using the card. HSBC Bank is not liable for any defect or deficiency of goods or services so obtained/availed of by the cardholders under this offer.
20. Images used in all the promotions or communications pertaining to the offer are for representation purpose only and HSBC Bank shall not be liable/responsible in any manner whatsoever for the same.
21. HSBC Bank and Adani One shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods purchased / services availed of by the Card Holder/s under the offer.
22. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods and services must be resolved by the Cardholder/s with the Adani One directly and customer can contact on Adani One toll Free – 1800572111111 & Email – Support@adanione.com.
23. The Adani One & the HSBC Bank reserve the right to disqualify any cardholder from the benefits of the offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
24. The offer is not available wherever prohibited and/or on products/services for which such offers cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever.
25. All liabilities with respect to the products purchased lies with the Adani One and HSBC Bank shall not liable/responsible in any manner whatsoever for the same.
26. The Cardholder shall indemnify and hold the Adani One and the HSBC Bank harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorneys fee) that may be suffered by Adani One and the HSBC Bank as a consequence of (i) violation of these terms and conditions, of the terms of user agreement, privacy policy (subject to change) published on Adani One, by cardholder; (ii) violation of applicable laws by cardholder; and (iii) any action or inaction resulting in wilful misconduct or negligence on the part of the cardholder.
27. The discount is completely optional and is chosen by the customer of their own volition. Any person availing of this discount shall be deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions as well as the respective offer T&Cs.
28. Offer is only valid on the eligible cards by HSBC bank. If the BIN series of the card does not match with the one provided by HSBC bank to Adani One, then the cardholder will need to approach HSBC Bank. Adani One shall be entitled to withhold or deny the offer to the customers.
29. These terms and conditions are in addition to Adani One Terms of Use and Privacy Notice, to which you agree to by using Adani One and also in addition to the conditions applicable to duty free bookings. To the extent these conditions are inconsistent with these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail with respect to this particular discount only.
