Terms and Conditions

1. Offer is only valid for booking made on Mumbai Duty Free ( Both Arrival and Departure) and applicable all days until 11th August 2025, ending 23:59 hrs.
2. ICICI Bank credit card holders are eligible for a 10% Instant discount, up to ₹2,500/- (Rupees Twenty-Five Hundred Only), on a minimum booking value of ₹6500/- (Rupees Six Thousand Five Hundred only) using the applicable promo code during the offer period to valid on booking through Adani Digital platform only.
3. Offer will not be valid on Amazon Pay Co-Branded Credit Card ( bin 431581) and not valid on EMI transactions.
4. This Offer can neither be combined with any other offer nor can it be transferred or assigned to any other customer or third party. Offer cannot be exchanged for cash, and is non-renewable, non-transferable, non-negotiable and non-extendable.
5. The transactions for any approved claim of refund/replacement shall be excluded from this offer.
6. In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer, the service provider reserves the right to deny the offer to the customers.
7. Service provider reserves the right to, at any stage and at its discretion can extend or terminate this offer, without prior notice or assigning any reasons thereof, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace wholly, or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
8. Customers are not bound in any way to participate in this offer. Such participation is voluntary and is deemed as acceptance of the terms and conditions mentioned herein. By participating in the offer, the customers agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein. Without a customer being required to do any further act, user shall be deemed to have read, understood and unconditionally accepted the terms & conditions herein. The offer terms and conditions need to be read in conjunction with the detailed ICICI terms and conditions.
9. These terms and conditions are in addition to Adani One Terms of Use and Privacy Notice, to which user agrees by using service and also in addition to the conditions applicable to Duty-free services listed on AdaniOne platform - (https://www.adanione.com/terms-and-conditions/duty-free)
10. Any taxes or liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other regulatory authority or body, if any, shall be borne directly by the customer and/or billed to the account of the customer.
11. In case a customer pays through reward points partly for the order, the customer shall be eligible to get the benefit of instant discount only if the 'paid amount through card + value of discount availed’ is greater than or equal to the minimum transaction value applicable for the particular offer.
12. All disputes under this offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Gurugram.
13. Payment of fees/service charges/all other amounts due from the customer to ICICI Bank by the customer under this offer and/or otherwise will be governed by ICICI Bank account terms and conditions.
14. In case of cancellation of booking purchased using voucher/coupon code, the discount provided will be deducted/settled from the refund amount as per the eligibility of the offer.
15. Offer is only valid on the eligible BINs shared by ICICI Bank. If the BIN series of the card does not match the one provided by ICICI Bank to the service provider, then the cardholder will need to approach the respective bank. The service provider shall be entitled to withhold or deny the offer to the customers.
16. The Cardholder shall indemnify and hold the Adani One and the ICICI Bank harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorneys fee) that may be suffered by Adani One and the ICICI Bank as a consequence of (i) violation of these terms and conditions, of the terms of user agreement, privacy policy (subject to change) published on Adani One, by Cardholder; (ii) violation of applicable laws by Cardholder; and (iii) any action or inaction resulting in wilful misconduct or negligence on the part of the Cardholder.
17. Images used in all the promotions or communications pertaining to the Offer are for representation purpose only and ICICI Bank shall not be liable/responsible in any manner whatsoever for the same.
18. The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and/or on products/services for which such offers cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever.
19. All liabilities with respect to the products purchased lies with the Adani One and ICICI Bank shall not liable/responsible in any manner whatsoever for the same.
