Hubli Airport (IATA: HBX) is a domestic airport in Karnataka that serves the twin cities of Hubli and Dharwad. It is located about 8 km from Hubli and 20 km from Dharwad on Gokul Road. The airport has a 369-acre terminal, with a capacity to handle around 300 passengers (150 arrivals and 150 departures). The airport, which only operates domestic flights, features one security desk, two check-in counters, and a 1670-m-long runway. Bellary, or Ballari, is a city in the district known by the same name in Karnataka, located about 306 km away from the state capital, Bengaluru .
