Lengpui Airport (IATA code: AJL, ICAO code: VEAZ) is the domestic airport in Aizawl, Mizoram, India. The airport has good flight connectivity to Kolkata, Guwahati, New Delhi and Imphal. Aizawl Airport is the first and largest airport constructed by the State Government. The airport is located 32 km from Aizawl. The airport operates daily flights to Kolkata and Guwahati through airlines such as Air India, IndiGo and Alliance Air. The airport has only one terminal. It contains a parking space for 120 vehicles. It was established in 1998, and it is one of the three airports in the country to have a tabletop runway surrounded by hills.
