The Nal Airport is located in the city of Bikaner in the Indian state of Rajasthan. The Airports Authority of India (AAI) operates the Airport as a civil enclave within the Bikaner Air Force Station. In 2017, the UDAN system began operating regular, scheduled flights. The airport has a single 8,960-foot-long runway. On 29 June 2014, the airport terminal was officially opened. The state government encouraged Air India to begin operating flights from Delhi to Bikaner and Jaisalmer. The airport offers necessary amenities such as luggage trolleys, refreshment shops, and information displays.

During the Alpasi and Painkuni festivals, this airport closes for a few hours, as it is believed that the airport is a pathway to the deity Arathu after 10 long days of celebration at Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple. This is the only airport in the world that closes for such a practice. The airport has two terminals: one for domestic travellers and the other for international and Air India domestic flights.
