Yes, you can book travel for infants under two years of age on Adani One platform. You can’t book more than one infant per adult. Each infant must be accompanied by an adult (at least 18 years old). Please don’t forget to carry valid documents for proof of age.

How to download an e-ticket from Adani One platform?
When you book a flight with Adani One platform, we send the booking details on your shared email and verified phone number. Just go to Orders/Bookings and select the respective flight booking and click on download. If you need to print it, you can do so by clicking on the print button.
What is the maximum number of seats I can book on a flight?
You can book a maximum of 9 seats at once, adults and children combined. Please note that this does not include infants. In case you need to book for more than 9 travellers, you will have to make a new booking for the additional travellers.
Does Adani One offer any loyalty programmes?
Yes, Adani One offers a loyalty program called Adani Rewards. Adani Rewards is open to all who sign up on Adani One or shop offline at the airport. The idea is to appreciate and celebrate the loyal users by giving them reward points which can be redeemed across all airport services.
What to do if I get no flight results on the search result page?
In this case, It is advisable that you first clear your browser cache and then try the search again. In case no results are found, it may either be because flights can’t be found for that route or there is no availability of flights for the mentioned dates.
I filled and submitted the details on the payment page, and the money got deducted, but I did not receive an e-ticket. What should I do?
In such a scenario, you will receive an SMS from us with the transaction ID. You can call our customer care on +1800-572-111111 or email us at

and quote the transaction ID. You will be informed of your booking confirmation status. In case your booking is not confirmed, the deducted amount will be credited to your payment source within 10 business days.
How do I know if my flight booking is confirmed?
You will receive flight confirmation through SMS or email from Adani One. The confirmation email sent by us gives a detailed account of your flight booking.
How do I confirm my seat assignment on Adani One platform?
Adani One doesn’t pre-assign seats. Some airlines assign seats beforehand, and some don’t. It is advisable to contact your airline to check the same. In most cases, you can choose your seat during web check-in. Please note that some of these seats may come with an additional cost.
How do I web check-in?
Currently, Adani One platform doesn’t support web check-in. However, we send reminders to web check-in, 48 hours prior to your flight. It’s advisable that you go to your airline website directly and complete your web check-in process.
How do I get my e-ticket details?
You will receive your e-ticket details at the email address you shared with us while making a booking.
How do I get a boarding pass for an e-ticket?
Currently, Adani One platform does not provide a boarding pass for your e-ticket. Please visit your respective airline’s website and web check-in to obtain the boarding pass. Please note that you will be asked to choose a seat during this process. The airlines usually assign seats, with an option to pick one as per your preference. Specific seats come with an additional cost.
Do I have to show my e-ticket confirmation email at the airline check-in counter?
You must show your e-ticket confirmation or the boarding pass at the airline check-in counter. You can display either an electronic or printed copy. Please note that certain airports require you to carry a printed copy. So, please check beforehand to avoid any last-minute hassles.
Do I have to show ID proof at the time of check-in for boarding domestic flights?
Yes, you will have to show any government-approved photo ID proof accepted by the airlines, such as - Aadhaar, Driving Licence, Passport, Voter ID, or PAN Card.
Do I need to carry any physical documents to the airport?
Yes, you must carry government-approved photo ID proof like Aadhar Card, Driving Card, Passport, PAN card and Voter ID.
How do I book a wheelchair?
If you have a wheelchair request for ambulatory, non-ambulatory, or aged passengers, you can reach out to your airline and request the same with your booking details. The airline will assist in booking the wheelchair.
How do I find out my baggage allowance limit?
Most airlines have a specified weight limit for cabin and check-in baggage. You can visit your respective airline’s website and check the same in their ‘Baggage Allowance’ section.
How do I add my child’s tickets to my booking?
A child cannot be added to an existing reservation. You will need to book a separate ticket for your child with the airline directly.

You can call your respective airline to check if they take change of name requests. Most airlines entertain such requests. However, if they don’t allow it, you’ll have to cancel and rebook the ticket.

How do I cancel a flight booking?
Cancelling a flight booking you made on Adani One platform is super easy. Just follow these simple steps and your booking cancellation is through. Here’s how:
- Log in to your Adani One Account if you aren’t already signed in.
- Fill in your registered mobile number and log in via the OTP process.
- Go to Orders & Bookings. All your upcoming trips are listed. Identify the booking you want to cancel
- Hit 'Cancel Booking' on the trip details page. Fret not! Your booking will not get cancelled right away.
- In case of multiple passengers, you can select the passengers you want to cancel it for.
- Select the checkbox against the passenger you want to cancel and proceed to review and confirm your cancellation. That’s all – you’re done. We will process your refund within 10 business days.
The flight I booked was cancelled by the airline. How do I get my money back?
If the flight you booked got cancelled, you are entitled to a full refund, in most cases. We request you to cancel your booking on Adani One first, by following the steps outlined here- Log in to your Adani One Account if you aren’t already signed in. Go to Orders/Bookings. You will see all your upcoming trips listed here. Identify the booking you want to cancel. Hit 'Cancel Booking' on the trip details page and proceed to confirm cancellation. Yes. You can cancel the flight booking for a single passenger on Adani One platform. Just log in to your Adani One Account if you aren’t already signed in. You can cancel your flight no later than 3 hours before the time of departure with Adani One platform. If you need to cancel your booking within 3 hours of the flight departure, you need to contact the airline directly for cancellation and then visit Adani One for cancelling your booking in the system.
What are the restricted items for cabin baggage?
Generally, you are not allowed to carry banned or prohibited items that can cause any kind of harm or injury. You cannot carry things like dry cell batteries, Swiss army knives, knives, scissors, or other sharp instruments. Toy replicas of firearms and ammunition such as whips, batons, nan-chakus, stun guns, or electronic devices which cannot be switched off or other items that are deemed hazardous are not permissible. Aerosols, gels or liquids may be carried in your carry-on baggage as long as they don’t exceed the maximum quantity of 100 ml. Please check your respective airline’s website for more details.
