Your booking can be confirmed either immediately after making the payment, or if the booking status shows as "Pending," you can expect confirmation within 10 minutes.

To find your booking within the Adani One App/Web, follow the below steps:

  • Log in to Adani One account if you aren’t already signed in.
  • Fill in your registered mobile number and log in via the OTP process.
  • Go to ‘Orders & Bookings’. All your upcoming booking are listed.
  • Identify the specific booking and click on the booking to see the order details.
Upon arriving at the hotel, please provide the hotel confirmation voucher and guest names to the staff at the front desk. Each guest needs to provide a valid ID, such as an ID card or passport. The hotel front desk will assist you through the check-in process. 
While booking hotel online, you can easily include your special requests on the guest detail page. Once you submit these requests, we will swiftly forward them to the hotel. However, it's essential to be aware that while Adani One will make all the effort to forward your requests, we cannot assure their fulfilment. The hotel's capacity to accommodate these requests may depend on their specific policy and the availability of resources during the check-in time. Moreover, additional charges might apply for certain special requests.
While making the payment for your hotel booking, you will come across a payment page where you can select to use your loyalty reward points. Always remember to check the designated checkbox to apply the points. Once selected, the relevant points will be deducted from the total booking amount, providing you with the corresponding benefit.

You can cancel your booking up until the hotel's check-in date and time. However, whether your booking can be cancelled for free, partially refunded or non-refundable, it depends entirely on the cancellation policies of the hotel.

Once the booking is confirmed or pending, it’s not possible to make any changes to that booking online. That’s why we advise reviewing your booking details carefully before finalizing the reservation.

Hotel bookings made on Adani One are subject to cancellation policies set by the respective hotel. Whether your booking can be cancelled for free, partially refunded or non-refundable, it depends entirely on the cancellation policies of the hotel.

To cancel a booking before the check-in date and time, please follow the given below steps.

  • Log in to Adani One account if you aren’t already signed in.
  • Fill in your registered mobile number and log in via the OTP process.
  • Go to ‘Orders & Bookings’. All your upcoming booking are listed. Identify the booking you want to cancel.
  • Hit Cancel Booking.
  • Select the reason for cancellation.
  • Confirm your cancellation.

Note: In cases where free cancellation isn’t available, and refund is also not possible, a cancellation fee may be applicable. This information will be provided to you in the cancellation policy.

If you have already checked in, kindly inquire with the hotel about the possibility of cancelling your booking. If the hotel agrees for a free cancellation, please make a note of the staff member's name who approved your request, and then get in touch with Adani One’s customer support via email at support@adanione.com, or by phone at 1800-572-111111.  

Cancellation and refund options are subject to the hotel's policy. We highly recommend reviewing the hotel's cancellation policy to understand the terms and conditions related to cancellations and refunds.

You can expect to receive your refund within 10 working days from the date of cancellation or the occurrence of the booking failure. 
No, your loyalty points will be credited back to your account if applicable. In fact, these loyalty points can be utilized for future bookings. You can easily review your refund details in order detail page under ‘Orders & Bookings’. 
To apply a promo code, select the ‘Voucher Code’ on the review page while booking the hotel. However, we highly recommend to carefully read the Terms & Conditions of the offer before applying the code to avoid any confusion
If your booking is unsuccessful, don’t worry. We will make sure that the amount paid will be promptly refunded to your original payment account. You can expect to receive your refund within 10 working days from the date of cancellation or the occurrence of the booking failure.  In this scenario, we recommend proceeding with a new booking to secure your reservation successfully.

Hotel is currently unable to meet your requirement(s). It either faces unavailability of rooms or staff, or faces unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, power outages, or unforeseen maintenance issues. If you need an E-receipt/Invoice of Convenience Fee, then you can log in to your Adani One account, navigate to ‘Orders & Bookings’ page. Identify the booking and download your Convenience Fee E-receipt/invoice.

If you want to understand the detailed breakup of your Payment, then, after logging into your Adani One account, go to ‘Orders & Bookings’ page. Identify the booking to get your Payment Breakup.

After you initiate your booking with us, you will receive a unique Booking ID. You can find this ID on the Order Details Page within 'Orders & Bookings' section of your account. This Booking ID can be used for all your queries and assistance.

Yes, the refunded amount will be credited back to your original mode of payment after considering any applicable deductions, coupon code adjustments, and reward point adjustments. Once you identify your specific booking in ‘Orders & Bookings’ page, proceed to the Order Details Page to access a comprehensive breakdown of the refund amount.
If the payment for your booking failed, don't worry. Any amount deducted will usually be refunded within 10 business days. Nevertheless, in some cases, it may take slightly longer for the refund to reflect in your account statement, depending on the processing time of the bank associated with your account.
Before making a booking, you can check hotels star ratings in hotel details page and review page or if you want to check after making a booking, you can locate the hotel’s star rating on Order Details Page, which come under 'Orders & Booking'.

Note: Star ratings are available for hotels with more than 2 stars.

To find out the check-in and check-out timings please follow the steps.

  • Log in to Adani One account if you aren’t already signed in.
  • Fill in your registered mobile number and log in via the OTP process.
  • Go to ‘Orders & Bookings’ where all your bookings are listed.
  • Identify the booking and go to Order Detail Page to find out the check-in and check-out timings of your booking.
  • If you haven't made your hotel booking yet, kindly review the check-in time listed on the hotel details page of Adani One. If your arrival falls within the designated check-in period, please proceed with your booking and provide your estimated check-in time in the special request section.
  • If you have already made a booking but foresee a late check-in beyond the latest check-in time, we suggest to directly contact the hotel front desk to inform them of your expected check-in time or reach to our Adani One customer support via email at support@adanione.com, or by phone at 1800-572-111111.
For the possibility of an early check-in, we recommend contacting the hotel front desk directly or reach out to our Adani One customer support via email at support@adanione.com, or by phone at 1800-572-111111. Early check-in may be subject to room availability and might incur additional charges. 
If you want to change the room after check-in, please contact the hotel front desk. Hotel might apply additional charges based on hotel policy.
