It is very simple to book Pranaam Meet and Greet Service on Adani One app/web. Please go to Adani One and select Pranaam Service from the list of services offered at the airport. Then, fill in the required details like flight, travel sector, travel date, origin, destination and flight number. Choose the package that suits you, make payment and your Pranaam Meet and Greet Service booking is confirmed. You will receive the booking confirmation through email and SMS.

If you want to reschedule your Pranaam Meet & Greet Service booking, please follow the below steps.

1. Open Adani OneApp (adanione.com) and view your profile page from the top right corner of the screen. Look for Orders & Bookings.

2. Under Orders & Bookings, your Pranaam Meet & Greet Service booking will be listed. You will find a button to reschedule your booking.

3. Once you click on reschedule, you can select the date and time you want the Pranaam Meet & Greet Service rescheduled. Make sure to select your flight as well.

4. Select the date, time, and flight, and make sure to review the same. Click proceed.

5. Depending on your selected Pranaam Meet & Greet Service package, you may be prompted to make additional payments.

6. Make the payment, and you're done. Your Pranaam Meet & Greet Service booking has been rescheduled to your desired date and time.

7. You will also get an email confirming your Pranaam Meet & Greet Service booking has been rescheduled.

In case you have changed your travel plans and wish to cancel the Pranaam Meet and Greet Service, go to ‘My Booking’ in Adani One app/web and click the cancel button. Then, select travellers, review and confirm cancellation.

Yes, you can book Pranaam Meet and Greet Service for your children. However, children aged up to 12 years must be accompanied by an adult.
The Pranaam Meet and Greet Service booking is non-transferable.
Currently, the Skycap paid porter service is available only on pre-booking, and walk-ins are not accepted.
The meeting point is defined in the confirmation SMS for departure and designated baggage belt for arrivals.
You can book a baby stroller/pram for arrival or departure. It is not a chargeable service, and a porter would be allocated at the time of registration.
No. The Skycap paid porter service only assists the guests. The guest has to go by the processes as defined by the airline/airport.
No, Pranaam Meet and Greet Services does not fast track the assistance at any point. All processes are to be completed as per defined processes and applicable laws.
