Adani Rewards is Adani One’s Loyalty Program which is open to all who transact on the online platform. The idea is to appreciate and celebrate loyal users by giving them Reward Points that can be redeemed while transacting with us.

You can earn Adani Reward Points on Flight booking, Duty Free, Cab booking and Pranaam Meet and Greet Service.

There is no limit on the maximum number of Reward Points earned on any transaction.
How many Reward Points can be redeemed on one transaction?
You can redeem 100% of your earned Reward Points on all transactions. However, certain limitations on redemption might be attached to specific campaigns that will be communicated with their T&Cs.
Are there any other ways to earn more Adani Reward Points?
Yes! You can earn up to 1% Reward Points on various Adani One services.
What is the base percentage of Reward Points that can be earned on various services on Adani One?
Various services on Adani One offer different base percentages of Reward Points that can be earned, as mentioned below: :
Domestic Flight-1%
International Flight-1%
Duty Free: 1%
Cab Booking: 1%
Porter- 1%
Pranaam Meet and Greet Service: 1%

Adani Reward Points expire in 2 years from the date when the Reward Points are credited to you.
Can I change my registered mobile number for Adani Rewards Program?
No, you cannot change your registered mobile number for Adani Rewards Program.
I have made a transaction, but my Adani Reward Points have not been credited yet. What is the reason?
Reward Points are credited only after you have successfully availed of the respective service. However, the actual credit of Reward Points may take up to 45 working days, as mentioned in the T&Cs.

How do I cancel/terminate my Adani Rewards Account?
Members can terminate their accounts by contacting our help centre on Adani One. The Reward Points already earned or to be earned will stand cancelled and will not be refunded to the members post-termination/cancellation of their account. Therefore, please redeem your Reward Points before you cancel your Adani Rewards Membership.
How can I re-activate my Adani Rewards Account once cancelled/terminated?
The account, once cancelled/terminated, cannot be re-activated.
