I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Service staff was friendly! Thank you to Mr. Gopinath for going the extra mile in advising me on how to get a bus back to Chennai. He also helped me to book the transport to the bus terminal. The other staff were also very friendly and ready to help in booking local transport. There was also vege breakfast provided. Delicious. There is also a lift in the hotel. Bed was hard but I managed to sleep.

Was absolutely stunned at the professionalism and the hospitality that was churned out by this hotel. The rooms were very well decorated with beautiful red oxide floors and antique wood furniture. The beds had the cleanest linens ever and the bathroom was spic and span. The breakfast has an amazing spread and the lady who serves the food and who is also the housekeeper does a wonderful job. All credit to her. We were a group of 7 people and the common room in the first floor served as the perfect place where we could play board games and hang out into the night. This hotel is recommended highly and i would like all those reading this review to book this hotel with your eyes closed.

It's not a hotel nor a homestay....it a combo of both..Rooms are really clean and well maintained...Suite room are quite spacious compared to the other rooms. Aurobindo Ashram and Rock Beach are at walkable distances. Don't miss the rooftop view of the sea..Only breakfast is available...lots of eateries are located nearby...you also have the option of ordering food via Swiggy/Zomato...Overall it was a pleasant stay

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
