Very disappointed stay in this hotel. Staff is very rude and arrogant. They charged us 2,500 per day for 2beds. While booking they have promised complimentary breakfast. They will get it from outside and they are charging Rs 50 for coffee. About the rooms and bathroom very dirty bedsheets and bathrooms are very dirty. Approaching road to this hotel is very bad and stinking. In this price you will get good accommodation and complementary breakfast and dinner. I will give 0 star for this hotel. Forcefully they have added to describe the hotel there is no choice to click the option but you have to

I stayed here last weekend! The rooms were so clean and neat which made me post reviews. Also the staff were so commendable, they were so polite with us. On the note we were asking for a route for certain places the people in the front were ready to help us. To be noted I will be visiting Chennai once a month and have never stayed at a place like this.I was so happy and experienced the best accommodation. The staff provided all our necessities which we are asking for!!! Thank you guys!! I will definitely visit again. And I recommend everyone to give them a try to experience the best weekend.

I had a great experience at this establishment. The room was impeccably clean and well-maintained, and the service was top-notch.The receptionist was friendly and he is very helping.However, the only drawback was the slightly higher price.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
