Was here for a businesseet.Had a very very pleasant stay here on the weekend. The room was spacious, the bedsheet clean, and everything in the room was tidy and well placed. The bathroom was spacious with all the showers and taps working and the water was clean. The TV and AC were in proper working condition. There is a coffee/tea/warm water facility with dry snacks in the corridor which was really refreshing after the whole tiring day at work. The morning breakfast was really tasty and the complete ambience of the hotel is really adorable. Hoping to visit soon with family and make more memories here.

I had booked the room for family & unfortunately the app was showing for 2 guest. One person at front desk was very rude with us. He did not allow my kids to stay, else pay extra 3 days room charges. I literally had to request because I came long far from hyderabad. I was forced to forego my breakfast & compensated by paying 6000 rupees extra to accommodate my 2kids. Also this area is located very far in industrial area & lots of smelly area around due to chemical factories. I do not recommend this hotel to any families & moreover they entertain unmarried young couples. Just stay away from this hotel because they charge more by giving very less room space. Housekeeping & restaurant staff were good. But front desk receptionist fellow was the worst experienced & ultimately spoiled my staying experience.

The place is exceptionally tidy with friendly staff and well-maintained rooms. The cleanliness is a standout feature, so please continue to uphold it. The service is commendable, although the road construction is a drawback for me.

The male receptionist present on 04 Nov 2023 afternoon 15:00hrs has a very poor attitude like he's the smartest in the area. He has a pathetic way to promote their restaurant, and that's the only reason I'll minimise my restaurant visit to this hotel. Otherwise, the hotel staff are well behaved. My rating for the hotel is for this guy's attitude alone for the time being.

Stayed in this hotel for quite a few times... Cozy rooms, very well maintained. Nice restaurant with so many delicious offerings to choose from for breakfast & dinner. USP is location of the hotel, though the attitude of receptionist must be improved

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
