Basic hygiene was note maintained very unpleasant experience. When after spending a day at outside n came back to room, room clearance was not done. Bathroom was getting smell. Door was not getting closed for Bathroom it was jammed. The bucket was given very dirty and pathetic. Cupboards were not cleaned. At tea spot, tea flask was not cleaned. Since this hotel is very costly, service and basic hygiene supposed to be maintained rather than mess....not happy at all & anybody wants experience it be careful.

We had arranged small function for which we had book it for lunch. Luch was super deliciously from starters till deserts. We loved the staff service too. Kiran and team was very supportive. Overall it was great experience.

Overall hotel is good to stay. Breakfasts was too tasty with different items but dinner not upto mark okok taste. We book two rooms for ashtavinayak tour but the hotel location is too far from the temple place, one room was having water blockage issue in washroom which they clear it out. Hot water was not for 24hours after 7am hot water was available. Some issues they need to check before the guests arrived so it doesn't impact to the guests mood. Not much hygienic washroom, drainage cover was not clean, tiolet was not upto clean and also when second day room cleaning was done it was not upto mark, room was stinking. In one of the room was not having room freshners.

Note the many fake reviews here! This is absolutely NOT a 5 star rated hotel. By far not. It's run-down, curtains are only covering half of the window, the room is with cockroaches. WiFi is often down; complaining does not help. "White" towels are disgusting grey, the room is noisy, smelly, .... If you are on Business trip: look for something else!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
