Pros: Breakfast spread is good. Ample parking space. Good location Rooms are clean. Cons: I booked a twin deluxe room. Its not at all suitable for couples or couples with a kid/toddler. There is barely any space left to walk in the room after putting 2 beds in such a small room. If you are travelling alone then u might be able to adjust. But for couples with a kid/toddler or couples please avoid twin deluxe room. Not sure of the other room types. There are no wardrobes in the room. They have constructed 27 rooms in one floor - now imagine how much space will be there for every room. There is no water heater in the rooms. They have a common space in the floor for all the 27 rooms where you get water, tea, coffee and hot water. But these are not provided in your rooms.

Rooms are absolutely tiny - there's hardly any place around the beds to move around. Also, no wardrobe in the room, so your clothes have to lie in your luggage itself - you're literally living out of a suitcase. Food is decent, but on the spicier side. Service of staff is good. Quite a stretch to consider this a 3 star or business hotel.

Clean rooms with modern amenities. The only complain I have is about the room size which is a kind of a cabin. It solves the purpose if you want to just sleep else there is hardly any room space available. Although it would be good for a single person stay but I won't recommend it for a family/couple who want to stay longer than a day. Apart from room size, everything else was great.

Room size is small but quite comfortable. Cleanliness of these rooms is the most positive part. Next time I will visit again. Parking space is one of the important positive part of these hotel.thanks to Muzammil , gaurang , vimla , esmita , nabya , Amit singh and umang and his team all are very helpful

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
