The Hotel has a beautiful view from every angle and is extremely scenic mesmerizing and peaceful. It has a beautiful lobby with very comfortable seats. The food at the hotel was extremely mouthwatering and delicious making you go for an extra serving each time. They have a very clean and well maintained pool. The Hotel and the surroundings are extremely clean and well maintained and clearly reflects the efforts of the staff members working there. Overall a very great experience

I recently had the pleasure of staying at 7 pines and I must say, it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was greeted by friendly staff members who were eager to assist me with my check-in process. The lobby itself was beautiful and inviting, with plenty of comfortable seating areas to relax in. My room was equally impressive. It was clean, spacious, and well-appointed with modern amenities like a flat-screen TV and high-speed internet. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a baby each night I was there. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was impeccable. I also appreciated the fact that the restaurant had a variety of options to choose from, including vegetarian and gluten-free dishes. Throughout my stay, I was continually impressed by the hotel's attention to detail. From the beautifully landscaped grounds to the well-maintained pool area, it was clear that the staff takes pride in keeping the property in top shape. Overall, I would highly recommend 7 pines to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the amenities were top-notch, and the location was convenient. I can't wait to visit again!"

We were in awe of that beautiful view and the magnificent infrastructure. We would just stare at the beautiful building. The rooms are cozy and the services were amazing. There were so many amenities and the view from the place was breathtaking. The food was also delicious. We must appreciate the small little details of the place. Overall, it's a great place to spend with family or a romantic getaway.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
