        Getting to the hotel is tricky as the way to the hotel can be barely called a road. Only am expert driver can take you till the entrance of the hotel. Apart from that, the view from the hotel is unmatched. Breathtaking views of sunset, very quiet and peaceful place. The service was satisfying as they were quick at responding to every request. The washroom can be cleaner.

        Unless you have gone mad, please never go for this hotel. Here are the reasons for the feedback: 1. The location on the map is mashobra but it is 5km away from the given location. I booked, reached location, called them as I couldn’t find hotel, they gave me new location which was 5km away. Asked the receptionist, he said location is right when I asked him to show me on maps, he avoided it while I was showing him the same on my phone. 2. The service road that takes you to the hotel from the main road, approx 700-800m, is damn too risky. Just like they say on risky videos, please don’t try at home, same applies here. 3. Service is very very poor. I asked for water bottles at 10 PM and they said they will send but no one did. They stop answering even to text or phone calls. I had to fill water from dispenser placed at another floor in complete darkness A lot of hotels now a days have started doing this where on google maps they show there location to be in some good place but later share new location with you as they don’t get customers the right way given there location. Please be careful.

        Please avoid booking this place ,receptionist is so so rude ,food was average [you only get what they have],reaching this place was none less than a adventure, we couldn't find the way and asked them to guide n they were very rude.our car driver told us vehicle won't come up next day but they said it will n we got stuck had to pay extra to reach main road. So please avoid spoiling your vacation by booking this hell.

        Bad Location, Rude Receptionist. I booked a room from Agoda that said to have all the facilities but when I checked in there was no wifi and the telephone as well was missing so I couldn't even call the reception. They told me that this room will not have any wifi or telephone and so no TV as well, what's the point of putting a smart tv in the room when you don't even give wifi connectivity to the room. They asked me to change my room and buy a costly one which I had to because there is no other hotel nearby and I was tired enough to find one again. There are no food options nearby so you have to buy food from the hotel only which they have put up as very costly. The pathetic behaviour of the receptionist, didn't even return my change on check out. However later I could see the change money in his drawer and asked them to give that to me, the receptionist made faces and returned my money with hostile behaviour. No nearby attractions, I would say stay at your home rather than paying them for this pathetic experience. Also if you are not an expert driver, you are risking your life too reaching their location.

        View is amazing. Food quality is not as expected. Service was ok. Location is very risky and needs perfect driving experience to reach the location as it has steep climbing road and very challenging driving terrain. New drivers are not recommended to select this hotel. Or else they need to park the car 600m away from hotel and have to walk down slopy narrow road which is not in a good condition especially on rainy day.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy

          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
