Visited Ooty with my family during Pongal holidays 2024. The hotel was easy to find. I stayed in their family room with 2 double beds. Rooms are neat and clean with a kettle and water heater, so do not worry about the timely availability of hot water. They have their own restaurant where they serve really good homely food. But you need to place the order for food early. Even they help you with sight seeing options. The care takers are very helpful. I will definitely be staying there on my next visit.

Reliable, well maintained and pocket friendly. The best rooms in the location if you are visiting with family. I visited here from Bangalore, stayed for two nights and must say they did not disappoint. The stay was pleasant. Thank you team Aakash Rooms and Cottages.

This is one of the best places to stay . The staff is well-behaved and always ready to help, especially Mr. Ramesh, whom I would like to thank for taking special care of our needs. In fact, all the staff members were very helpful. Initially, during check-in, we had a disagreement regarding the bed size in the standard room; it was mentioned as king size, but it was actually queen size. However, they later agreed to update this description on all booking websites. Throughout our stay, we ordered food from the hotel with full customization, requesting less oil, and they were always accommodating. The food tasted great as well. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

This was my first visit to Ooty and Was little skeptical before booking this Hotel for stay with my family. But booking here turned out to be great decision. Rooms were very clean and spacious (i stayed in triple luxury room). Staffs were very kind in accepting our request and delivering the service. Bed was cozzy and clean. Room service did their cleaning everyday. Reception people were also very kind in accepting our request. Food Ordered here was also good and tasty at nominal cost. Definitely myself and family enjoyed our stay here. Location is good which is very near to railway station and bus stand. Entrance might be little steep for few elders.

Good place to stay, close to the railway station. Room was a bit cold but otherwise good with a decent and clean bathroom. I particularly appreciated the staff,who were very attentive.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
