        I visited with my family at your Kalavara Multi Cuisine Restaurant on 10th January to celebrate my mother's birthday. Unfortunately the low standard food quality and the service in your restaurant really watered down our spirits. The dinner started off in a very disappointing way when we were served the food after 30 minutes or more from the time of order placed. The main course we ordered was Chicken Fried Rice which had a foul smell. Within seconds we raised the complaint, after some time they served another bowl of the same which tasted pretty bad. The only plus side was beverages and the ambiance of the restaurant. I hope in future the service as well as the quality of the food will be able to match up to the prestigious cuisine industry that you are building.

        Very mid. Food was not that good. I ordered paneer butter masala the taste was not there it was too sweet. And the fried rice was like I made it at home. Not that great too.

        The customer service and management were very poor. On my last visit with my colleagues, we placed our food order. After an hour, a staff member informed us that some of the items were unavailable, so we selected alternative dishes. However, after another hour, we were told that those were also unavailable. We then had to place a new order. Unfortunately, half of the items we ordered were never served. We arrived at the hotel at 4 PM but did not receive our food until 6:30 PM. I would advise against choosing this hotel.

        Worst place to dine at. They value money over customer satisfaction. We went to this place after a long tiring day and the service that they provided was terrible. It took them nearly an hour just to find out that most of the food we had ordered was not available at all and the worst part is they came in again after 30 mins or so to admit the unavailability of few of the other food items we had ordered. This place is never recommended to even have a one time try.

        Terrible experience. The food took forever to arrive (which was sub par for the price), and the staff couldn't be bothered to pay attention. It was beyond frustrating that most of the menu items were unavailable. Would not recommend.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
