Went to their cottage Restaurant/ Bar. Its got a very cozy and rich ambience. The decorations are On Bamboo theme. Food was great. Slightly expensive but worth going there for occasions. They also have separate family Restaurant.

Overall the experience was good. Bathroom walls could use more cleaning to remove black mildew Room service boys who make the beds could be more clean on their feet and overall Eventhough we booked for 3 people one had sleep on the sofa bed which was comfortable according to my son. At night we experienced bad stench of the corridors and rooms due to probably some gutter cleaning outside on the streets Staff overall were very helpful

One of the most unwelcoming experiences we have had checking into a hotel. The receptionist was extremely whimsical, grumpy and apathetic towards my parents who are over 70. He spoke to them with absolute disdain and lack of care. The only saving grace was the decent breakfast and the waiter who recognised that we were frequent visitors and extended help proactively while the receptionist created a scene about preferring Aadhar as ID over Driving License or PAN card. Painfully so it is hard to imagine preferring this hotel in the near future unless there is absolutely no option available. Hope this review helps.

Very poor maintained hotel and rooms. Rooms are in very bad condition. AC not working. Toilets very small and smelly. It is not worth 5-6k which they show on booking websites. Please check real pictures of room before you pay NY advance.

This hotel exceeds my expectations in both culinary delights and aesthetic appeal. It is very hygiene and well maintained. Veg and non-veg both are available with lots of variety of foods. Services are also very good and genuine.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
