Don’t go by the negative reviews. It’s my second time at this resort n it’s very good. Rooms are spacious. Kids will enjoy, they have a lot of games and activities for kids. Beautiful surroundings n cleanliness is maintained. Food is also good. They have a good breakfast spread as well. Only thing is they can upgrade the washrooms with a normal shower, it’s difficult for aged people to use the bath tubs. Other than that the resort is pretty good

Highly recommend this hotel. We stayed there few weeks back. Staff we welcoming and helpful. The room was comfortable but no view. Morning breakfast buffet had excellent spread. Hotel also has recreational activities for all age group, both indoor and outdoor. However, the USP is the small tea stall and the location. Simply mesmerizing and picturesque. Enjoyed the stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Accord Highland Hotel and it was a really an excellent experience. The hotel's location is amazing as situated in middle of hills and surrounding with green trees and lovely grasses. The rooms were spacious, clean, wide windows which help to enjoy beautiful nature view and offered all the modern amenities. Coming to hotel staff, they were friendly in nature and amazing kind behaviour. Their service is commendable as always ready to take request and assist when required. The food at the hotel's restaurant was delicious and hygienic. Other facilities like the spa and gym, added to the overall relaxing experience. The hotel having it’s own gardens and outdoor seating areas where one can enjoy the beauty of nature along with cool wind. Overall, I enjoyed my staying at Accord Highland Hotel and one of my best experience and always memorable. Thank you all the staffs.

My recent stay was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly staff who provided exceptional service throughout my stay. The attention to detail in the room was impressive, with tasteful furnishings and mountain views . The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a memorable experience, providing valuable recommendations and assistance whenever needed. The dining experience at the hotel's restaurant was exceptional, with delectable dishes and impeccable service.

Stayed at Accord Highland Ooty for 2 nights in Nov 23. Property is located at a great location surrounded by mist covered valley. They have many games for kids and this it's a great place for families with kids. Enjoyed playing here with my son. They arrange for tea/ coffee and hot snacks in evening near this misty valley which is lovely experience in chilling weather of ooty. Food at restaurant is good and multiple options for breakfast. Rooms are spacious but appear aged since it's an old property and only a few of them have valley view . But what makes the difference in overall experience is the amazing service by hotel staff. Would like to specifically mention Mr. Manigandan who is always there to check for the needs of guests and makes them feel at home. All in all it was a great stay at this amazing place and we really enjoyed it.
