This is a nice and peaceful hotel. The food is good. Room is quiet. my many thanks goes to duty manager Mr Vinod Kumar and staffs. during my stay in the hotel, this good manager stayed on always readiness during 24 hours and helped me with everything, food, water, even arranging autos and cars as i am a foreigner and not knowing Hindi or local languages, all with sincerity and friendship and invites me to come his hotel again in Delhi, i will

Even though they acknowledged the reservation but said they don’t have any rooms available and looked at us to see if we would just leave. I had called on the week before to specifically confirm this reservation and was told it wasn’t an issue and everything was in order. After a lot of shouting and them discussing (they had given our rooms to folks who had booked them at a much higher price due to the Expo happening near by). They suggested we stay at their second property, though we were taken aback for a minute had to wait for them to give me the details and google them. Overall a very bad experience and will avoid them at any cost.

I have booked this hotel on triple sharing basis for three nights CP…..Total amount was 14,540 and they sent conformation for one night only..... this hotel is not worth 2500 INR I went to make my trip STALL which was in Indian expo mart in Greater Noida....and they didn't entertain so I request every one do not book any hotel through make my trip especially this hotel. ( Ace Prime Hotel ) If make my trip will not refund me whole amount . I will lodge a complain against them.

Worst service! My parents stayed here, they were not even well and received most terrible service. They were first given an unused room which smelled terrible and after that they did not give half the things in the room including kettle. After that even though breakfast was included in the fare (which they paid higher than average) they were told no multiple times, and when we insisted to check, they say only tea and paratha can be managed and nothing else. Would never recommend to anyone, bad bad service. This is from today's stay. If I could give 0 stars or a thumbs down I would.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
