Services was absolutely poor. Restaurent staff was horrible. They do not know even basic etiquette of hospitality industry. I asked for a coffee during breakfast, they asked me to go and get it from table. Before we end dinner, they removed all the food without asking whether we need anything which is absolutely against basic etiquette to be shown to a guest. Rooms are average. Location is OK. Food is good.

3 days stay in room with swimming pool facing balcony, room condition is overall Fare, Food is good with variety. Hotel reception and management staff is either shy or egoistic with no hotel management skills, Room phone was repaired on 2nd day with repeated requests, for any room service you will have to call several times. Gym they keeping close in morning time, had to request every day for opening. Overall lacking in management skills,could have been better.

It was pure disappointment.Felt like a 2 star property but not sure why they are charging like 4 star. Online pics will look good and you might fall for it, but reality is way different. Small property with irresponsible staff. For anything you need you have to follow up multiple times and then they provide it. Washroom slabs/tiles had alage which looked very bad when we saw first. Slowly we got used to it. Ground staff is good but the managing staff not. If they charge as per 2 star then it might be an ok option but paying high isn't worth at all.Will not recommend to anyone and book only if you have no other option in the budget. I paid around 8k plus per day and regret my decision. Location - very near to Candolim beach Category - luxury room(pool view) Breakfast - included and was very good Rooms - spacious

The rooms are decent and ground level staff are good but the management is the worst! Location is decent but on a narrow side road. Don't bother staying here unless absolutely unavoidable. They charge mandatory gala dinners so please make sure you know the dates they are planning for it otherwise they won't allow checking in without collecting the additional charges!

Approached the hotel to enquire about their Winter package being advertised on their website for a price of 2999 per person Plus tax. In my opinion this is at best a tourist trap and at worst, a scam, endeavoring to lure the attention of prospective guests by an attractive price, only to then be told that that there are no rooms available at that price, and that only the most expensive suites are available! That's a real shame because the property itself is quite appealing from their Reception area. While the hotel itself, appeared to be pretty nice and clean, it is a fair walking distance from the beach and is in a residential area with a couple of constructions in progress, causing issues on the quite narrow road leading to the hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
