The staff is borderline rude and they simply do not care. The management is money minded and even after paying 50% advance they were not willing to wait for 30 minutes till my wallet came in another car with my bags. Hotel towels are pathetic in condition. Better to get your own. The staff do not believe in changing the bedsheets, even when requested. The hallways are dirty and smelly. The bathroom has very bad odor and foul stench. The ONLY things good are the water pressure in the washrooms and the property location almost center of Candolim.

Choosing this resort was the best choice we made so far, the food was top notched, with a wide variety of dishes with wonderful taste, it made a mark on our heart. The receptionist Mr Gopal is very friendly and helpful person, he guided us in a very good way throughout our stay. Overall service was very promising. It is very near to Candolim beach which is a plus. I highly recommend this resort to have a memorable trip in Goa.

This place made a mark in our hearts due to the staff and their hospitality. Special Mention Mr Gopal & Mr Omkar. We came very late in night and only Mr Gopal was taking care of such big hotel. He went all way to make us comfortable in our rooms by extra ordinary services. We had 4 rooms total. In the morning we were introduced to Mr Omkar, he managed and treated us like home. About rooms: they are decent (courtyard). They have all basic needs and everything else was just 1 call away. We did have little problems with AC / Phone / TV but they were resolved very quickly. Location: Excellent. Close to the market. Close to all happening places around. Close to the beach as well. Parking: They have parking on main road at the front. Their security guard is very polite and helpful. They take great care while parking the car. Amenities: Small but manageable swimming pool. Good restaurant. Again staff is good. Rest all basic. *They arranged a mandatory gala dinner NYE party in their other property "Regina". At first we were bit skeptical but it was mandatory but Mr omkar assured us that it will be fun. And yes, it was an exceptional new year party. Varieties of Live starters, seafood, snacks, desserts, special salads, bakery, main course and off-course a great BAR. We will definitely visit again due to their hospitality.

Very money-minded management. very ordinary food, simply don't order from in-room dining, breakfast is below ordinary, tasteless & very limited options. towels & linens are unclean. Please bring your own towels in case your skin is sensitive & prone to allergies. DTH was not working because it was not charged, they brought another set top box after many requests. I directly booked this hotel & paid 50% amount in advance & balance was supposed to be paid after check in. Me & my spouse were travelling by different flights & she reached the hotel before me. She requested for the room & said that my spouse will pay the balance once he will reach the hotel but these guys were so money-minded that they didn't allow her to check in till the balance amount was paid. Location is good but hotel is not worth for the amount they charge.

It's a boutique hotel with good property at a very convenient location, the hotel is on the main road of candolim. The room price was also reasonable and must say very spacious with private mini garden. Varities of breakfast options available and tasty too. Got a very warm welcome at the reception desk and good service from staff. Enjoyed my stay here 😊

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
