Pros 1. Beautiful and spacious rooms 2. Location... Very much near to Baga beach and best of pubs. Max 5 min drive to Baga beach 3. Good food options in a nearby vicinity. 4. sevurity staff on entry was very welcoming and always ready to help. 5. Bed were big and can easily accommodate couple with a kid. Cons 1. 50% payment was done in advance. We were a group of 13 Just on entry they asked to make full payment without giving access to even a single room. They said they have a policy of 100% payment else keys can't be activated. We do respect policy but being so aggressive about payment was too much . We just requested to give one room so that we can settle kids and do needful. We appreciate the room was allotted 1 hour before check in time. But being so aggressive about settlement was the 1st time i have personally come across. 2. Room service was very slow. 3. Bed sheets were not changed in 4 days of our stay. 4. breakfast was honestly average except the last day. In most of the food there was no salt in spite of several reminders. 5. Pool was very dirty and level of chlorine was too much. Kids were absolutely disappointed and also got raches on skin.

We booked this property through Miss. Dipti from the property staff. Nice experience as we were given better offer than online booking websites. Checkin but had little issue related to bathtub room as told but they managed to provide the same the very next day. Nice swimming pool for adults and kids. Lovely Jacuzzi with warm water in it provided soothing effects to our body. Rooms were quite spacious and clean. Amenities were quite good. Bathroom and bathtub was also good and clean with instant hot and cold water facilities. Staff service was good and they were quite supportive. Breakfast was complimentary from them everyday. Lots of options in breakfast with daily little different options made it even great. Chef was supportive and made us custom food for our small baby. We had a nice baga beach view and river view from beachview room with baga beach 7 min walking distance from the property. Overall awesome experience and would love to come again to this property on our next visit.

We Stayed in one of their Villas. All the rooms are of different sizes and one of them is quite small to accommodate language. Bathrooms are wet most of time as there is no proper drainage. Rooms service is not good as well other amenities. In my opinion it's not worth and value for money that we paid. It's 1.5 km from Baga beach.For lunch and dinner don't good options nearby.

We went for a family trip and Akron Waterfront Resort ensured that it becomes a memorable one...they welcomed us with Kokum Sharbat and smiles... Location- It's a well maintained property situated right at the corner where Baga river meets the sea with ample parking; the parking is a big plus point which is available at only a few properties in prime locations of Goa. Also worth mentioning is it's just 10 mins walk from Baga beach, so you are never really too far from the hustle and bustle and still serenity is very much within reach. Amenities- it boasts of a Jacuzzi, a beautiful infinity pool overlooking the river, outdoor tables by riverside where you can dine alongwith enjoying sweet sound of river flowing by your side. Rooms- the rooms are spacious, well maintained with all the amenities of a good four star property like a bathtub. The beds are cozy, comforting well after a long adventurous day. Each seaside and riverside view room offers a balcony with sitting arrangement making for a perfect morning tea or evening snacks. Staff- the staff is very courteous, prompt and ready to help. A special mention to housekeeping who never shied away from cleaning sand mess from beach whenever we called for help. Food- the best part however is the breakfast buffet. It's extensive, delicious, covers South Indian, north indian, continental cuisines. They do serve dosas and eggs hot and as you want it straight from kitchen to your plate.It was a feast every morning that ensured the day started on a very positive note. Conclusion- All in all its a perfect family getaway which we would want to visit again and again.

One of the best location with a beautiful view that you can get in Goa near Baga river. We went there with 3 families along with kids. The hotel rooms are of decent size, well equipped and clean. They have a large size infinity pool looking over the Baga river. There is a big jacuzzi in the garden area for you and to relax and rejuvenate. In room dining as well as restaurant service is great! Food quality and taste is really nice. This is walking distance from Baga beach(~800-1000 Mtrs).

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
