I recently stayed at Ahuja Residency and wanted to share my thoughts on the overall experience. The hotel has some commendable aspects, but there are a few points that left me with mixed feelings. On the positive side, the staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any inquiries. The room was well-maintained and provided a comfortable atmosphere for my stay. The amenities added value to the overall experience. However, there was one aspect that caught me by surprise and affected my satisfaction. The hotel provides only one complimentary water bottle, and any additional bottles come with a steep charge of 20/- each. While I understand that hotels often charge for additional amenities, a 20/- fee for a basic necessity like water felt excessive and somewhat inconvenient. I believe transparent communication about such charges would enhance the overall guest experience. It's essential for guests to be aware of potential extra costs beforehand to avoid any surprises during their stay. In conclusion, Ahuja Residency has its merits, but attention to certain pricing details would undoubtedly contribute to a more positive guest experience. I hope this feedback proves helpful for both the hotel management and future guests.

Pros- Really excellent service. Helpful and enthusiastic Quiet location with a leafy view from the windows Spacious rooms, cupboard space - each unit consists of 2 rooms and a living room with attached kitchenette, so ideal for groups and families Clean sheets and towels and plenty of hot bathing water Reasonably priced Cons - Strong odour from bathroom drain, seeped into the room Breakfast service a little slow Transport needs to be prebooked - local transport not readily available

Very comfortable stay at Ahuja residency. I was attended by Amit Kumar who helped me check in easily, made sure the room was clean everyday, he even allowed me to leave my luggage there during check out. Really it felt like staying at home than a hotel. The other staff was very welcoming too. All over an amazing experience at a very affordable price.

I am writing this reveiw on behalf of Prof.M.A Iqbal. He usually stay at Ahuja residency. The rooms are clean and the staff is courteous and approachable. I want to give a special mention to staff who cooks delicious food with a lot of love and respect for the guest. Overall the stay is always pleasant.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
