Our stay at Aiden hotel was wonderful. There is nothing I can think of that needs improvement. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They arranged taxis, a rental car and bus tickets for us. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. We got fresh towels everyday. The bathroom was new with a rainshower. Breakfast was excellent with lots of variety. Really good value for money. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

What a gem! Beautiful and clean rooms combined with outstanding service and excellent amenities in a great location. The room was sparkling clean and similar to what you get at 5 star hotels in India. Service was impeccable and the location perfect. The gym is small but has enough equipment for a quick workout. The breakfast could have been a little bit more varied as it was quite limited but there were only a handful of guests so it was okay and we liked that they were conscious about avoiding food waste. The best part of the hotel is its excellent value though - you get outstanding service and a boutique hotel experience at a bargain. Definitely the best value hotel in the area, if not in all of Goa!

I had an amazing stay at Aiden Hotel during my trip to Vagator. The hotel looked far ritzier in real life than in the pictures and the staff was super-trained and courteous in dealing with the guests — always ready to help out in anything. The location was incredible and it seemed ideal for couples and families who require a peaceful, luxurious holiday. The facilities were top-notch and the room I chose was clean and comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Aiden by Best Western in Goa, and it was an experience we won’t soon forget. From the moment we made our reservations, which were efficiently handled by Ms. Poonam, we felt welcomed and valued. The culinary delights were a major highlight of our stay. Chef Harish prepared some exquisite Goan Home Style chicken and mushroom masala for dinner, which were nothing short of delicious. The attention to detail and the flavors were remarkable. Breakfast at the hotel was another delightful experience. The spread was extensive, offering a tempting mix of continental, North Indian, and South Indian cuisines. Sujit, Savita, and Pratiksha ensured our breakfast experience was seamless and enjoyable, attending to our every need with smiles and professionalism. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Deepesh, who took exceptional care of us throughout our stay. His hospitality made us feel right at home. Lastly, the professionalism at the Front Office, led by Malika, was noteworthy. The entire process from check-in to check-out was smooth and hassle-free, reflecting the high standards of service at the hotel. Overall, our stay at Aiden by Best Western in Goa was a memorable one, with commendable service, delightful food, and an ambiance of warmth and comfort. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly special experience in Goa.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
