        My stay at hotel was really comfortable. The hotel is really modern, nicely decorated and clean. The staff was very friendly and polite especially Kailash (F & B captain), he made sure our dinner and breakfast were fully enjoyed by us. There were loads of varieties during dinner and breakfast. Kailash made us feel really comfortable and his hospitality was great. Other staff were good too in showing us room or booking the taxi for us. Really comfortable stay!!

        I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. Kailash was attentive and the whole staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, well-maintained, and offered a beautiful view. The amenities exceeded my expectations, and the on-site dining was delicious. Overall, it was a delightful stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

        Stayed here for 3 weeks on a business trip. Very decent property and fairly new, the pollution monitors they have inside the hotel are really good, which show you the quality of air inside compared to outside. Amenities were awesome too and some of the staff really went out of their way to make my stay comfortable, specially Kailash in Restaurant and Ayush and Priyanka at front desk. Will be visiting again and will surely be recommending them to others.

        I have been staying here at Air Ahuja since a month now during my transition to India. Would like to share my pleasant experience here. We as a family are really comfortable here in terms of all services. The most important factor when with family is the food Services . You step into the restaurant and you are welcomed with a really sincere smile from Mr. Kailash. He has been really kind to accomodate all our needs when food comes into picture. He has always ensured the freshness of food. Special request to provide us with non spicy food for kids and also specific changes... mention anything and he will never disappoint you. He has gone way and above to make sure we are fed well. For instance he would also call and remind us to Come for breakfast before the time ends 😀 Sincere thanks to Mr.Kailash and other people in the hotel to help us feel at ease and take care of our requirements. I Would highly recommend this beautiful property to people with family also to visit when you are in Gurgaon.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
