I booked the room by connecting directly to the hotel front desk, no confirmation was given to me for 2 days , post which when I called them there was a lady who gave me the confirmation number , but when I checked in the hotel, the receptionist was furious on the staff that they have given me a different kind of charges however I would appreciate that the night staff accommodated in the same amount. But after sometime when we checked into the rooms , the rooms were shabby, bed sheets were dirty, no door mats, dirty bathrooms. Very very pathetic experience not at all worth the money.

Don't get fooled by the photos on Google the real hotel is not at all worthy of 2 star hotel. Unhygienic rooms full of dust, no door mate due to which after bath entire room gets muddy due to the dust. No entrance door and no security gaurd in place which makes this hotel zero percent secure. Room service is very slow have to remind them multiple times. Reception people make you feel that they are making favour to us, no manner and etiquette. Restaurant service is fast but taste wise it's average and it's costly.

This hotel is a complete catfish. The photos look well styled and it is very deceiving. The hotel is lacking a front. It is a shoddy building with a lot of damp, anything that isn't captured in a photo is completely unfinished. Don't be lured in by the cheap price as they make their money elsewhere. Taxis booked through the hotel have an excessive surcharge with prices 4-5x what would usually be paid. They are banking on the fact you're 'fresh' into the county and don't know what to expect. The location is right on the side of a very busy road with a lot of beggars located outside the hotel - which harassed us as we entered the taxi. The lifts were temperamental with only the lift in the stairwell working. The stairwell was very dirty with stains down the paintwork that looked like sick. It was rather disgusting.

Rooms were clean and pleasant, and everyone was very helpful. Although the driver went to the wrong airport terminal to pick us up!! The hotel had a lot of construction work going on on the ground floor, which we were not made aware of when making our reservation.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
