        My stay at this hotel was beyond disappointing. The accommodation was subpar, with a complete lack of cleanliness – from the unclean bedsheets to the overall grimy atmosphere. The air conditioning service was a nightmare, leaving the room uncomfortably warm. To make matters worse, there were no bath towels provided, and the absence of plates for taking food was a baffling oversight. It felt like basic amenities were an afterthought. The overall experience left me questioning the standards of this establishment. A regrettable stay, and I would strongly advise anyone seeking comfort and cleanliness to explore alternative options.

        Bad experience. The AC was not in good working condition. It was spraying ice particles with abnormal sound when we try to use it around mid night. So, we asked for refund of additional cost charged for AC with video proof. But, still they refused to refund. Their rude responses and unrespectful behaviour towards customer is not acceptable. No towel, no complementary water bottle, bathroom lock was not working, night light was not working, low quality bed spread. Though there were many complaints, we didn't raise it except AC one.

        My stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! The rooms were incredibly comfortable, with spotlessly clean sheets and a hygienic bathroom. I was impressed by the attention to detail, with sanitized glasses and toilet seats. The room service was top-notch, and the helpful bellboys made my stay even more enjoyable. And let me tell you about the view! Waking up to the breathtaking sight of the Saint Philomena Cathedral Church from my balcony was truly unforgettable. I also want to give a special shoutout to Manager Vijay, who showed exceptional leadership skills and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. Thank you for an incredible experience!" 🌟

        Was such a BAD experience. The hotel on the net seems all rosy but it is FILTH. We were informed that they have food etc but surprisingly we were told to go out to some place in the vicinity which I'm sure they have tried up for breakfast and all eatables. They give us coupons and expect us to walk 3blocks away to another restaurant and show that coupon and have food. What rubbish. The rooms are tiny hardly 8 ft by 10ft I guess. The guy at the reception was so rude and when I said nothing is right & this way I will never come here, he has the odacity to tell me don't come. We were informed of a proper lift for my aged mother, but when I reached there ridiculously to get to the elevator there are 8-10 steps. We had requested for an extra bed , now as it is the room is so small and then they said we will not give you a third glass for the third person for water too. We left the hotel although we had a booking for 2 days. Would tell each one and all who are reading this please Do Not book the rooms at this place at all or you guys will repent.

        Noisy location,too much of vehicles sound. Food is okay. Very small room, old furnitures, Bad smell inside the room,it was very suffocating and we noticed that garbage of previous stay was not cleared from dust bin. Bedspread,blanket,pillow covers and towels were looking like they haven't washed for ages. You dont feel using them, their colour changed from white to grey. Not suitable for family stay, atleast the room we stayed i.e, Classic A/C. Overall it was bad experience
