My stay with my family in this hotel was a good one. The rooms are near the city and well maintained. 24 hours hot water and room service was good. Morning tea and Breakfast was brought from outside and provided in time. Mr Mohammed Nayeem helped us with room booking, arranged our daily sightseeing and took care of us well. A safe place to stay with family.

The stay was absolutely fantastic. Situated right opp to Rose Garden which gives great view of the garden. The room I stayed was neat and clean. Overall a nice vacation with affordable room price

An excellent hotel to stay in Ooty. Specially need to mention the staffs behaviour, really an awesome service. Even if you are not coming with any plan, the hotel stuffs will make some good trip plan for you. They will arrange cab, auto for you as well if you want. The location of the hotel is the big highlight, just opposite to the Rose Garden. Botanical Garden is also near by (walkable distance). In brief I will highly recommend this hotel to stay in Ooty.

Never get deceived by the rating in all websiotes, all fake, The truth is the hotel is Very Very Poor hotel, FILTHY room FILTHY bathrooms. We saw the rating and booked, reached there on 29th Night, had 2 day's booking. after seeing the status of hotel and room, we checked out in an hour and stayed in hotel G*m P**k, thank god we got room there , The money we paid to them ( around 10.5 K for 2 days ) , the did not return. we paid huge to them as the time was year end- party season. I am upset seeing how they maintain such ratings , I have taken photographs of their room. all together the hotel is just like gutter.
