Aldora Residency: A Convenient and Affordable Transit Motel Rating: ★★★★☆ (4 out of 5) I recently had the opportunity to stay at Aldora Residency during my transit in the city, and I must say it was a pleasant and convenient experience. The motel is strategically located close to the airport, making it an ideal choice for travelers with tight layovers or those looking for a hassle-free stay near the airport. One of the standout features of Aldora Residency is its paid airport transfer service. Upon booking, I was able to arrange for transportation from the airport to the motel, which was incredibly convenient after a long flight. This added service truly showcases their commitment to excellent customer service. The family room I stayed in was spacious and well-designed, making it suitable for larger families. It was refreshing to find a room that could comfortably accommodate everyone without feeling crowded. This was definitely a huge plus for families traveling together. The staff at Aldora Residency were another highlight of the stay. From the moment I arrived, they were warm, friendly, and always ready to assist. Their courteous demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile to make my stay enjoyable really made a difference. Whether it was providing helpful recommendations or promptly attending to any requests, the staff exceeded my expectations. It's worth mentioning that there is no lift in the motel, but they do provide a cloakroom for luggage storage. While this might be a slight inconvenience for some, the helpful staff and the availability of the cloakroom made up for it. One useful aspect of my stay was the room delivery service for food. It was incredibly convenient, especially when eating out may not be an option due to tight schedule. The ability to have a meal delivered straight to my room added to the overall comfort and ease of my stay. They do allow early check in for free. In terms of value for money, Aldora Residency definitely delivers. Considering the convenient location, spacious family rooms, and free early check in, the prices were reasonable and affordable. Overall, my stay at Aldora Residency was a pleasant one. Its excellent location, spacious family room, courteous staff, availability of cloakroom, early check-in and room delivery service all make it a great choice for a transit motel. I would highly recommend Aldora Residency to anyone looking for a convenient and affordable accommodation option near the airport.

Very near to the airport and pleasant. Booked this place a short rest before continuing the next journey, and the room was spacious, clean and neat. Had a good sound sleep. Mr Sunil the manager hospitality is recommendable. Strongly encouraged to consider Aldora Airport Residency.

We had our comfortable stay at Aldora residency which is around 5-10 minutes away from the airport. The room was super clean and sufficient space to rest and to get freshen up. I personally feel that the hospitality was great, and Mr. Sunil was very cooperative, he provided us his vehicle to go to near by restaurant. He also booked us the cab for us to commute to our next destination. The food that we ordered in the room was also very affordable and clean. We would like to thank Sunil and Aldora residency for providing us the comfortable stay.

The hotel is little far from airport and interior side of city. But, the rooms are neat and clean. Toilet was also clean. Overall good hotel for a night's stay. A little pricey compared to the location and amenities.

Sunil was an amazing host with the biggest smile and the staff were excellent. Clean and comfortable in a great location I highly recommend the Aldora Residency. I plan on returning to Kochi and will stay here again to start my next trip.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Special discounted rates provided by the hotel are non-refundable. In case of cancelling any such booking, user will not get any refund in return.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
