Great location; great food and great staff. The staff was very helpful especially Himmat Singh. My mother needed a lot of help moving around the property and he would go out of his way to help her. Bipin at restaurant was also very attentive to our special orders and provided a great service.

Hey Aloha! You guys treated us really well, but one or few rotten apples really ruin the produce doesn't it? Here's the summary: You guys treated us like god's when we were at your place. The people who were serving us food at Latitude hotel were polite, pateint and really helpful. The porters were super good, and the entire staff, well most of them, were again, helpful. So I check out, and go out for a couple of hours requesting the staff to hold my bags in the locker, and they readily promised to do so. I came back from the rafting, and there we find our bags, all our valuables lying on the road. Literally on the road, with absolutely no explanation as to why so. Then we ask for a few plastic bags, and some medical stuff like bandaids and cotton, and we were treated like some hooligans or beggars, being made to change in some washroom and what not. You spend a fortune to be at this place, and then such trivial help is not given to you just an hour after checking out.... seriously? Learn to respect your customers Aloha, your damaging your brand value. Because of a few bad interactions, you overshadowed the efforts of the other staff members. Respect is everything.

The resort is located at a prime location such that you can have the view of the mountain ranges and the valley formed alongwith the river Ganga flowing. It is a safe space and not very far from the tourist spots in Rishikesh. You can travel around walking if you're used to it otherwise tuk-tuk is your best shot for affordable drop offs.

Good experience overall. Staff was hospitable. Good was great. However rooms appeared unfinished. Kitchen cabinets were quite old, unfinished plastered bits in the room. For the premium price this was a disappointment.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
