Room was clean. AC and geyser were in good working condition. No mosquitoes. All important tourist spots within 3 km radius. Since it is located in residential area, silent and free from noise due to main road traffic. If you are traveling with family look for good restaurant nearby for food. Roof top Bar may not be suitable for traditional families.

We have booked the room a week in prior to the check in date and did a part payment of total booking , even received booking confirmation. But on the day of check in they simply said they don't have any rooms available and asked us to cal customer care for refund. They are selling a single room for 5k to others. Please don't book at this property, otherwise u will be doomed.

Absolutely stunning hotel with amazing service, Recently, i got a chance & i visited Pondicherry Alps Residency, I visited with my friends, As i heard from previous customer feedback about Alps Residency , i get exactly what they said, The hotel has Exceptional staff & rooms are spacious, The hotel was very hygienic and even the bathrooms were very clean! I was well greeted by attentive staff the decoration is very nice.The great value for money hotel. Mostly I loved the mouthwatering dishes. We loved their menu items as well. Overall for the impeccable services & extraordinary features i will strongly recommend it to anyone looking for dining I enjoyed my time there and think it is a great spot to relax at for 3 days for a couple, a single person, or a family.

The rooms are good and hygienic but the staff's behaviour will screw up your experience. I had to check in early but every one in the reception was sleeping in the reception itself. Even after trying for 1 hour and more no one was helping. For early check in they were charging 300 per hour and I had to pay 900 extra for the room. It was written that there will be complimentary breakfast in the website while booking and even in front of the hotel in the board. But they deny that they are not serving any breakfast.

These people are the lowest of the low. They overbook deliberately with no concern for your inconvenience. The sneering reception team deserve pity for the way they have been forced into having no choice but to laugh at your misfortune of having tried in good faith to make a legitimate reservation. The ownership are a stain on Indian generosity, culture and heritage.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
