I had to face huge issue in getting my refund - which was promised by the Alt Life officials. Please read the terms and conditions carefully. Honestly, there are better hostels/hotels with the same price around Manali.

Not a great experience here. The hygiene of the property is extremely bad. Dirty rooms and bathrooms are a turn off right from the get go. Staff won't bother adhering to your requests to maintain basic cleanliness. Personally, I found the location to be slightly offputting as well. About a KM walk to get to decent cafes in Old Manali and no commute available as such.

Very bad service. Manager(Rinku) was rude and not welcoming at all. Rooms were good but when asked for service, the staff was not at all coorprative. Called in evening for room cleaning at 7:30p.m., Rinku denied saying that servise is available till 8 and we do not have cleaning staff. We stayed for 3 days. No room cleaning and no towel change. We booked 2 rooms both with Rohtang view but they gave only one Rohtang view room saying that the othwr room is already booked. When we asked that we want to leave early morning by 6:30, the only response we got was to clear dues before 10p.m. as there wont be any staff available to assist in morning. Hotel staffs are trained to be hospitable, but this was tge worst hotel staff we dealt with. 0 hospitality. Not going to recommend to anyone!!!

Visited in April 2023. Had a great stay, the property is located in slightly secluded neighborhood which is great because there is no road side noise. It’s very calm. The view is also very great, Mountains + River. The Staff is friendly and the service is also very good. Had three meals at that property and all of them were very good. The hotel is very well know to local taxi people. coming to the room, the room was spacious. They've put chairs in room as well as in the balcony. Balcony was also decent sized. The bathroom was decent, they had a high holding capacity geyser so running hot water was not an issue. The mattress was on the softer side but the comforter was very good, even in -2° temperatures we didn't feel cold.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
