This is probably the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff were very efficient, very friendly and very attentive. We were met by the hospitality manager who kindly explained everything in the hotel and gave us his card so that he could attend to any difficulties we may have (We did not have any) The room was very comfortable, spacious and well appointed. We really enjoyed the high quality breakfasts and the staff were very helpful, especially Mr Bhagawatilal, who went out of his way to explain to my wife what was in every dish, as she has a food allergy. I highly recommend this hotel.

One of the best hotel we stayed in Rajasthan trip. The rooms were great, serivce and some of the senior people at the front desk are excellent. They are very helpful. The restaurant also provides wide spread of very tasty food, we especially enjoyed the dinner. The location is also calm and very accessible. Highly recommended this hotel

hotel is 3 star but service 5 star. I read somewhere on the wall in hotel- our goal is customer satisfaction. They do aim for this. Staff at restaurant and housekeeping is highlight of the hotel and it seems they love what they do NOT do something which they have to do. though rooms are in need of some renovations but some small things and complaints go away when you are taken care for everything you need. Keep up and tight ! Thanks

We had stayed in Amantra part of a 9-day trip in Rajasthan. Hotel was very good, staff were very welcoming and always helpful. There are good food options in the hotel itself and near by too. We availed the cab service recommended by their travel desk and we had continued with them for the next 5-days. I recommend them highly for family stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
