Hotel is good. service is not very proffesional but Staff is friendly and foods were slightly okay. Best thing is they have good heaters inside the rooms. That is the biggest advantage of this hotel. They provide laundry facilities too.

It was absolutely fantastic experience during our stay at this resort. We are four people. They gave one super deluxe room. It's like a mini suite with spacious area. The location is awesome surrounded with mountain view. You can see clouds. They had camp fire on paid basis. Nice place to hang out. Food is fine, no complaints. Staff are friendly. Hot water available 24x7. Highly recommended for family vacation and stay.

Extremely Disappointing Experience I recently had a highly disappointing experience at Amara Resorts Manali. The poor customer support and lack of professionalism left a lasting negative impression on our stay. Despite booking four cottages well in advance, we were given cottages located far apart, and to our surprise, our neighbors turned out to be a completely different family. This lack of attention to detail and disrespect towards our booking was unacceptable. Adding to our disappointment, the hotel management insisted on receiving advance payments, but when we arrived, we had limited options available to us. It was frustrating to experience such a lack of flexibility and consideration for the guests' preferences and comfort. Eventually, we had no choice but to seek accommodation at a nearby cottage. Not only did Amara Resorts Manali fail to refund our advances, but they also double-booked the cottages and sold them to other guests without any concern for our inconvenience. Overall, my experience at Amara was extremely unsatisfactory. The poor customer support, failure to honor the booking arrangements, and the subsequent lack of accountability left a bitter taste in my mouth. I would strongly advise against choosing this hotel for your stay, as it lacks professionalism and fails to prioritize the satisfaction of its guests. I hope this review sheds light on the issues I encountered during my stay and serves as valuable feedback for the hotel management to improve their services. Furthermore, it is advisable not to provide any upfront payment as the Amara Staff persistently urges for it. Numerous alternative properties offering superior features and lower prices are readily accessible, making this particular property less appealing in comparison.

Rooms are too small. The toilet was clean but smelly. They do not keep bathroom fresheners. It was raining that day in Manali and we experienced water droplets on our bed from the roof. However, they changed our room, but the sleep was already disturbed because of that. It's better to keep it maintained. The food was also not good at all. Breakfast has very minimal options.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
