The stay here is not worth it. Apart from the sea view through the glass door, there's little positive to mention about this overpriced 2-star hotel. I wouldn't recommend it unless you specifically want a sea view and have no other options along Beach Road. Guest houses in the vicinity offer a better deal at a fraction of the price. The bathrooms are not clean, and a peculiar issue is that after closing the door, the wall mirror reflects the image for others in the room, which is quite off-putting. The breakfast is average. It doesn't meet the standards for a 2-star rating, and MMT(Make my trip) should pay attention to maintaining their reputation by avoiding such establishments. Overall, I would not personally recommend it.

Good place overall, slightly overpriced. Excellent Restaurant and in room dining. Excellent Location. Housekeeping and room service employees are really good. Only a few minor areas of improvement: Front desk management can and should be better at this price. Central AC is a bit noisy at times. The 1st floor is rented out for weddings which causes basic issues like noise, slower elevator etc. Otherwise I would have given 5 star

If you are planning for a mini function for 150-200 gathering then this is a perfect place for you to host. Rooms are perfect and maintenance is good. Parking is limited but we can easily find some place to park our vehicle. Over all we are pretty much happy and satisfied with this place.

Stayed here from 12 Aug 2023 to 15 Aug 2023. Premium Sea View Room. The rooms were nice and spacious. Room service, toiletries and other things were good too. However, please keep in mind that all premium sea view rooms have DIAGONAL sea view - means there is a window (large enough) which will give you side view of the sea. If you want direct and larger sea view, go for high category rooms like "Freedom of Seas" or "Sun and Sand suite". Overall I would say great location, exactly beside war memorial and in front of RK Beach coco arena 4. One complaint I have - they only provide 2 500ml water bottles per day and there isn't any RO water facility. Extra water will cost 60/- per bottle - which is disappointing. I would request management to consider this and provide water facility free of cost.
