We had a wonderful time. The food, the staff were great. Always courteous and ready to go beyond expectations. Chef Virendra and Manager mr Manoj Raghuvanshi At the restaurant are fabulous.overall the staff was so helping and understanding. food was amazing and on the top, the location of the property is just outstanding... loved it. worth spending. thanks

The hotel is located on the highway. Rooms price was reasonable, and the food was good. But the room is not proper sound proof and they have a party hall on the ground floor. I stayed for 3 nights and 2 nights I can't sleep until 12 since the music sound is high and even disturbing on the second floor.

The rooms were nice, but my biggest concern was the food. We were given rotten DAAL and calling the chef, he told us he put lemon while cooking it. I was suffering from food poisoning back then. Please don't trust the chefs.

Nice hotel for stay. This is situated on higway NH58 nearby patanjali yogpeeth, next to hp petrol pump haridwar to roorkee higway. Rooms are very spacious and beautiful.once I was visited in this hotel.very hygiene and clean. Staff are also good in behavior and helpful!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
