        I stayed there on 22 of December 2023 the staff behaviour was very bad. They just try to make you fool . At the time of room check in we asked some questions like heater available or not they said yes available and then after they provided a blanket instead of heater. The room doors are not in good condition you can even close or forget to lock them. My advice to all is not to visit. Worst experience ever.

        It was a super amazing experience we had. We booked family delux room and it had a good space for 4 persons. Damn good ambience along with good service staff. Overall hotel is family oriented. Also it is situated in a very good location which is easy to commute anywhere.

        The staff over there is extremely rude with there customers they always talk like they are having the only hotel in katra and never give a polite reply.. i used to stay only in this hotel from past many years but from after covid the staff there at the reception has changed so much and talk to everyone with very rude behaviour. They know i always stay the and when i lasted visited this year for in February 2023 the staff told me that "sir it's very expensive you will not be able to afford the room" bro let me just tell you don't ever again say those words to anyone i am very patient so walked out but if any short tempered person got in front of you then he is going to beat you hard. Worst staff ever seen in any hotel.

        Great family experience of stay over there from 26-28 October . Nice behaviour of staff, nice location and great food . Rakesh ji and Jeevan Sharma ji really helped me a lot . Definitely will recommend to others .

        Awesome hotel. Staff is very supportive. I booked deluxe room. And i request them to give room with good view. They have given me awesome room with view of Bhavan 🙏🙏. Rooms were big. Don't know about TV as I didn't use it. I stayed here for 2 days with my family and we all loved it. Location very much positive. Superb location. Food is ok ok. But downstairs, there is Sagar ratna, Domino's. All in downstairs. Only one thing, i don't found good that AC was controlled from outside. There is no AC remote or button inside. So you have to disturb them again and again for AC. Which we did and they helped us every time. Will meet again. Thanks team AMR🙏🙏

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
