Paradise place! Amazing location 100 m from the marari beach. Astonishing cottages (there are only four) which gives the impression to be alone in the hotel Beautiful swimming pool surrounded by nature birds and butterflies. Good restaurant prepared by the chef When you are there this is a stop in time Thank you for this good stay to all the staff !

Experience of this place is extraordinary. It is peaceful and very near to beach. The host is a very nice person ( deepu ) and very helpful. Food was very good it was like a home made food. It is not a hotel but we feel like we stayed in a home. In Night this place look more beautiful with lights.

What a lovely hotel very close to the beach. Huge rooms, very nicely furnished, with two outdoor bathrooms and a large terrace. The chef always prepares the food fresh and with love. There is a beautiful pool under palm trees on the grounds.

Excellent property if you want a peaceful place and village style home near the beach. The beach was very near to the stay but beach front villas don't have visibility to the beach as anyone would expect. However, the rooms are excellent giving a nice ancient and vintage home vibes. Definitely worth the money. Food can be improved

The location is just a minutes walk from the beach. But there is no sea view. Room is good and spacious. Has a lovely sit out. Only problem is the service. It doesn't justify the price. Paying the hefty amount, you will expect 5 star quality service. Food menu is very limited. There is no breakfast spread, only limited options.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
