Awesome resort. Great hospitality. The staff are super helpful and go the extra mile to make you comfortable. The rooms are quite spacious, clean and very functional. The location is away from the main road, hence it is super calm. You get to hear the birds during the day and crickets during the night. The restaurant serves good fare and we were a multi-country group and all in our group enjoyed the food. The only gripe is the resort is situated away from Madikeri and hence a bit of driving is required to reach some of the tourist attractions. That wasn't an issue for us since we stayed most of the time in the resort and came away very relaxed and with great memories. Thank you Amritara Ambatty resort team.

Wonderful resort. And good food available for the drivers. But the drivers' dorm is terrible. One would expect more nowadays of such a place. And could you please stop playing that terrible music in the restaurant. No music, or your beautiful Indian classics, would be much more appropriate.

The resort is best for couples or families to unwind. Far away from the city located between mountains. My kids had a great time in the pool. I give 5 extra stars for the bathrooms. The managers and housekeeping staff was very polite and restaurant staff were very helpful and accommodating , helping us with cooking special dishes non spicy and stuff only for my kids. Thank you all at Ambatty Amritara for a perfect and memorable vacation.
