On my recent visit to McLeod I stayed here with my friends and we really had a very very comfortable stay. The staff was absolutely wonderful, so warm, helpful and we felt at home. It was raining and we were stuck in McLeod for a few days but this place did not let us miss home at all. The food was as wonderful as everything else. Special mention to Mukul for the warm hospitality.

The lobby team is arrogant, they don't even smile at you. The Valley view is a scam. You need to upgrade to Suite or club room on 6th floor in order to get the view. The location is in the middle of the market so for peace lovers this place is a nightmare. The breakfast is awesome, the rooms are well maintained. The Housekeeping and ground team is much better than their seniors.

This place is pretty lower than average. The service is pathetic from front house team. It took them 15 minute to arrange a water bottle and even normal water in their own restaurant. They stop picking up your call for room service at around 9.30-9.45. Food inside is bland, absolutely bizzare.The hotel has its own club at 5th floor so if you are staying at floor 4th or 3rd be ready to welcome noisy music and sound till midnight. No 24/7 in house service and strangely the buffet starts at 7.30AM but room service even for tea is only allowed after 8AM.

This property is said to be under construction. The map shows wrong direction to the hotel. The dorm rooms for drivers is not ready yet. The cable TV is disconnected every 6hrs due to insufficient balance. You have to get the STB device changed - there is no continuous service even if you are staying for two nights or more. Staff blames every other person who is unreachable and no service is rendered on time. Breakfast refilling of items takes 15 mins. 7000 + taxes per night and such a shobby place / service / property. I wonder how do the international tourists like this place.

Unfortunately, we stayed ONLY for 1 D/N. Stayed in Superior Mall Facing Room, which had a Great View of the Valley also. Room was large, clean n Comfortable, including Bathroom. Staff very Courteous, Friendly n Helpful. Special mention for Mr Santosh Rana, who went out of the way, to ensure our stay was comfortable, enjoyable n memorable. We only had Breakfast. The Spread was Good n Tasty. Had a Memorable Stay at Amritara Surya, at Mcleodganj.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
