Rooms are below average. The bathroom is seriously so old and disgusting that they shouldn’t call themselves a star hotel. The most important thing I would like to mention is that in this digital age not everyone carries cash to tip. And it should be obviously understandable by the staff there. After checking in two people came to show us our room one guy with keys and one other guy brought our one small hand luggage. After showing the room and keeping the luggage both of them stood there expecting money from us. It was seriously so weird. If someone compliments you with cash it’s good but as I already mentioned not everyone carries cash nowadays and you do not want to put your customers in a weird position by standing in the room without going out that too after a long day of travel. Never staying here again. And not recommending it too. Valet people are nice and location is nice. Other than this there is nothing good about this place.

Had a wonderful one day stay at this place. Rooms are spacious and premium and service was good. Breakfast was a average. But swimming pool was too good. Well maintained and large. Clean water with minimal chlorine. Has a separate kids pool too . But do note that they insist on swim wear only.

Most pathetic stay of my life. Rooms are in a very old and in shabby condition with a disgusting musty smell. Bathrooms are worst than public Bathrooms with a disgusting stink and leaking taps. It's stained and dirty to another level. How i wish i wouldn't have done the advance payment so that i could check out as soon as i saw this disastrous rooms. Do not waste your money on this property. The only good thing about this hotel is the location rest you stay at your own risk.

Their Service was very bad, especially the food was too expensive and not at all worth the price. The quality and taste was so bad. The washrooms were dirty with leaking taps. Accommodations were not like a 4-star hotel room. They took extra money at the last minute, which was not informed to us earlier. They did not even let us discuss it. Kept on asking for money during the function and disturbed us and irritated us. Until we paid the extra money they didn't let us proceed the function peacefully. As soon as they took money they asked us to vacate immediately and made us hurry. It was a very bad experience during our marriage😑😑😑

Our 3 days stay was pleasant. Rooms are extremely spacious and blackout curtains deserve a mention. Sometimes housekeeping might be delayed (understanding it's a huge hotel) but communication can sort that out. Food was good and room service was as per the given time. Would highly recommend especially for a family stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
