Bad Wi-Fi No hot water - even after letting it run for 10 minutes Rooms are badly furnished - all outlets are shaky, far away from the bed, there is no bedside table lamp so you have to keep one of the two main lights on. Pick between the Operating room lamp or the sad yellow lamp The bathroom has a "wet shower" - as in, they have the curtain hooks but never replaced the curtain so water just goes everywhere Loud - they let people party at night with microphones, loud music and megaphones Door closes with a lock (the locker kind) and does not fully seal. Please come in, insects, mosquitoes and bugs, enjoy your stay! You will more than us. The meal room looks like a hospital cafeteria from the '70's, but the meals are good

This is a budget-friendly hotel cum resort. If you are looking for affordable accommodation, this could be a good option for you. The resort is located on the main road and features a swimming pool and lawn. However, the swimming pool may pose a risk for children due to its depth. Foreign tourists also stay at this resort. Although the service and maintenance are a bit lacking, the management needs to pay special attention to maintenance.

An okay stay. Booked as part of our Golden Triangle package trip Rooms are pretty poor: a/c not working and had a fan instead (that's fine for us but just not as advertised), mozzies everywhere, very small amount of hot water, two separate mattresses for the bed, no fridge, no water or shampoo Pool is nice and looks the part, we didn't get a chance to go in unfortunately The safari booking was the poorest part - we had booked this when we initially paid for the tour we were on and arrived late the night before and nothing was booked for us. Our driver had to negotiate heavily to get us in for the morning safari rather than the afternoon (as we had to leave to continue our tour) Eventually getting it booked and sorted, we were up and ready for the safari at 6:15am and there was no communication about it. Loads of other groups were being taken but we were abandoned in reception for about an hour before anyone spoke back to us to let us know a truck was coming to collect us - could have had some breakfast, coffee and even more sleep! So disorganised and ultimately disappointed Wouldn't stay here again for sure but some of the staff were pleasant enough and the communal outside areas were pretty and they were setting up for a wedding as we were leaving

Very nice hotel, all good But they get some tigers safari and it’s not well organized. I have booked the day before with the front desk and it was planned at 6am the day after. I went in the lobby at 5:45, and I don’t know why, but I have waited 1:30 hour, there in the lobby, with no explanation, so little bit disappointed. Plus, after 1:30 hour, my turn, time to go to the safari, it was really rainy, but the car with no roof, so it was too much, I was tired, waste of time in the lobby, I said no for the safari, I can’t stay for 2 hours around in a car with no roof, specially when it’s really rainy, it’s better to cancel by the tour but they have choose money instead of confort.

Place is huge with zero value of money and staff is very rude no proper rooms were cleaned phone wire was broken previous customer bedsheet were there after giving keys to clean in morning after coming back to night no changes were made have to move out with family on same night to another hotel

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
