Hotel is in the heart of the city. This has parking facility for 7-8 cars, I could get one because of visiting in week days, there may be challenge in peak time. I paid 2100 for the room and it was excellent for the price. Clean and hygienic, staffs are also good. My room had poor network connectivity but they give wifi that sorts out issue at a great extent. Overall stay was great.

Nice rooms for family at an affordable cost. Rooms were neat and clean and the room service was also good. Their complimentary breakfast is the must mention item, they provide unlimited breakfast in the buffet system. It is located in the heart of the City Anna Salai and the only issue I can quote is you need travel arrangements for Bus stop and to visit other places.

Good hotel in Pondicherry near its tourist points. It's recommended to hire a two wheeler during your visit to the city. Hotel has an in-house restaurant, adequate in terms of food quality, taste and hygiene. Hotel also has an underground parking for both two and four wheelers. Staff here is also decent and cooperative.

We had stayed here for 3 nights the room and the facilities are good. Sadly the hotel staff ( reception) lack proper etiquettes and knowledge to deal with customers, if you go direct you are likely to charged double the rates booked through the apps.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
