I had the pleasure of staying at Annai Resort and Spa, it exceeded all my expectations. When I arrived, I was greeted by the warm and welcoming staff, The level of service throughout my stay was exceptional; every request was met with a smile and prompt attention. Woke up to a breathtaking view! The location of this resort is simply stunning. The food service was great, going above and beyond by customizing a meal to our liking. It truly added a special touch to our dining experience. We were even provided packed breakfast for our road trip back home. Overall, my time at this resort was truly memorable. The combination of exceptional service,food, and a stunning view made for an unforgettable experience.

Worse experience. Unnecessarily expensive, except having a sea side look at the hotel's back, everything is disappointment according to the per day prices. Rooms weren't clean properly. They also kept a mini bar having some snacks, chocolate and soft drinks but they were chargeable. Even water bottle were too expensive which cost 75Rupees if order after 2200 hrs. In my opinion, if they're costing an expensive price per day, the service should also be provided at the same intensity. It's unworthy.

Our stay at Annai Resort was truly delightful. The hotel's three inviting swimming pools provided a refreshing retreat, while the attentive staff added a welcoming touch to our experience. The entrance is very elegant 👌. Warm welcome to guest members. Electric car is available for transportation as the property is quite big. Well maintained garden and swimming pools. There are 3 swimming pools in this property that gained my attention as I love swimming. Cottages are structured beautifully. Staff is quite good and supportive. Very beautiful ambiance. This property has a beach facing view, which enhances the atmosphere and makes it interesting for guests to enjoy the property fully. Overall it was a very good experience staying with them. My family members enjoyed it and had a great time and had a lot of fun.

With gates at both sides of the property, this is at excellent location. Very professional massage service. From car park, checking in, room location, lifts, facilities in room, things in the room for comfort, all 5 star level. Depending on your room price, sea view could be part of the deal. Sun set and sun rise points very near. Just make sure you leave enough time for a walk. Breakfast buffet is also well stocked with various dishes to feed different taste people. All staff well trained to look after guests. Pools, children play areas, villas, all seem to be maintained well, to look from outside. Well stocked gym too. In total I already plan to bring my family get together to this spot. Well done team.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
