Very nice resort with well appointed rooms. Spacious rooms, drinking water available, quite friendly staff by attitude Staff aren't well trained and some things take forever to happen. We had 3 water kettles changed before they got one that worked Food was pretty average in all but repeat orders for rotis would take a really long time While they seem to be marketing as a destination wedding location clearly they're not really equipped to handle the crowd

The hotel is quiet cozy and homely. Rooms are spacious. Staff is very courteous. Services are in accordance with Jungle Safari. Food was good. Only the view from room window was a wall. It needs updation.

Hotel staff is super courteous, and service is awesome. The property and food is also super good. I will highly recommend the place. Only lacking part was washrooms, which I think should be face lifted and modernised a bit

I did my daughters wedding at this hotel as an destination wedding and organized every function from overseas. It was the best decision I made. I could not have gotten a better hospitality service than what we got at Anuraga Palace. Sandeep, the manager, was very humble and very helpful in our full stay. Pramodji is amazing, he heads the operation at the palace and is very understanding and supportive. I cannot thank him enough for the support he gave us for this wedding. Chandji, the front desk manager, very responsive and quick at making accomplishing all requests. He was always available whether on duty and off duty. Most importantly the palace was very safe. I never felt insecure, the staff is very alert and understanding. They will not touch your room unless you ask them. Amazing services, I can keep writing about all the good experience that we as bride and grooms family had at this location.

Trip hazards on floor, tripped up, the both of us. Air conditioning not working.... Broken light. Freezing.....luckily had a fan heated....no bath??!! If you don't like curry in everything, don't go , very limited choice! A person who does not like serving others should find a another job. Noisy neighbours with thumping music for hours!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
